Summertime Skincare Tips to Keep Your Skin Protected and Pampered, All Summer Long!

It's that time of year again baby!

There's so many reasons we love summer- ice cold drinks & BBQ on a hot day, trips to the beach, and of course the endless sunshine! However with all that fun in the sun, its easy to forget paying attention to the little changes in your skincare that apply in this hot and dry season. Here's a few tips that will help you and your skin stay protected and pampered all summer long!

 

Without further ado, lets get to the good stuff:

In our hot and dry Las Vegas climate, we must take extra care than others to stay hydrated and protect our bodies from the sun. FUNFACT: Dry skin gets drier and oily skin gets oilier during the summer which could result in you becoming more prone to breakouts, rashes and other annoying skin concerns. HOWEVER, keeping up with these few tips could actually help you and your skin make it through another blazing summer.

 

1. DRINK MORE WATER

This definitely shouldn't be the first time you hear this (especially if you live in the Las Vegas desert) , but it's completely true!  Your skin is an organ made up of mostly water. Not only does water play an important role in your digestion and circulation, but it’s also vital for your skin’s health and beauty. Do not, we repeat-DO NOT wait until symptoms of dehydration appear to start drinking water. 2. GET MORE VITAMIN C
